The following describes the Mobile Apps Privacy Policy employed by Xplodo Labs. It’s quite simple: no personal information is ever collected.

Mobile App Downloads and Usage

Before downloading and using an Xplodo Labs mobile app, please read, understand, and agree with this Privacy Policy. Use of Xplodo Labs mobile apps implies that you, the USER, have read and agree with this Privacy Policy. Minors must have a legal guardian accept this Privacy Policy on their behalf.

Personal Data

Xplodo Labs DOES NOT collect, use, or store any personal information – information that may identify a USER’s name, location, phone number, age, and/or any other identifying information – through its mobile apps. Xplodo Labs DOES NOT require any USER to provide any information when downloading or using its mobile apps. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, Xplodo Labs does not knowingly obtain information from children under the age of 13.

Non-personal Data

Non-personal data – data that DOES NOT identify a USER directly – may be collected and analyzed by Xplodo Labs for use in improving app design and performance to benefit the USER’s experience. This non-personal data includes app crash reports, usage data, and analytical data. Other non-personal data may be collected in the future to further enhance the USER’s experience.

Xplodo Labs reserves the right to change and/or amend this Privacy Policy in the future. Please check this Privacy Policy periodically. The continued usage of Xplodo Labs mobile apps by the USER implies consent by the USER to be bound by the new Privacy Policy.
